I have a room available off The Avenue in Windsor 3181 (closer to High Street)- female only. $290 PW + bills + bond. Available this weekend !
Amazing location- walking distance to public transport, lots of restaurants/bars and Chapel/High street. Beautiful, large street lined with tall trees. Apartment is right at the back of the block so barely any noise. Small block of apartments, very low traffic. No elevator, I am on floor 2. Shared bathroom and laundry space. Apartment is fully furnished, bedroom is not. Windows in living area / sun room are north facing, super bright and sunny during the day.
Comes with street permit parking and two very friendly, indoor clean cats šāā¬
About me:
Iām 23, working Monday - Friday at a wealth management firm in the city. Also studying on the side. I go to the gym / do Pilates most mornings and am often out for dinner, drinks or šš½ few times a week.
