There is plenty of parking on the property. Youll be extra secure as there is a large electric sliding gate that covers the driveway. Extra security.for.thr property and your car.

Hello I am Rhys. I am 34 years old and live with my partner Samantha and our little dog Honey. I work with the NSW government and Sam is a nurse. We own our own place and have a spare room we are happy to rent out.

Our preference is for short terms stays. Potentially travellers and backpackers looking for cheaper accommodation. However we are welcome to offers so please get in contact.

House is close to bus stop and short walk from university. House is 15 minute from Newcastle beaches. Short walk to large park. Super market close by.

Sam and I enjoying hanging out, cooking meals together, going out for walks with Honey and having our friends over for BBQs.
