Queen size bedroom can come with or without queen size bed, tv and dresser. Room has large double built-in robe, ceiling fan, block out curtains and external sun shade. You will have access to the main bathroom which will only be used by me on occasion. Parking is available on driveway and possible cover parking in the future. Theatre room can be added for your own personal use this would incur an additional $25 a week.
