I am a 39-year-old African male originally from Zimbabwe, working FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) on a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule. This means I am away for a week at a time. I don’t drink or smoke, and I am a Christian. I am looking for a like-minded individual who is responsible, reliable, and willing to help look after the house while I am away.
About the House:
The house is fully furnished and equipped with modern amenities. The kitchen is well-appointed with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee machine. The property includes high-speed unlimited internet, laundry facilities such as a washing machine, dryer, and a steam generator iron with an ironing board. There is a backyard with a patio and BBQ area for relaxation, and secure garage parking is available for one car.

About the Room:
The room is air-conditioned and fully furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside table, bedside lamp, and a chest of drawers. It comes with access to a shared office/study room equipped with a desk and a 3-in-1 printer, scanner, and copier. Additionally, the tenant will have their own private bathroom.
