I have nice room for rent in an amazing 3 bed 2 1/2 bath townhouse, located five minute drive from the city, 15 minutes from the airport, 5-10 minute walk to Woolworths and Albany Highway, 10 minute walk to the casino.

At the minute of the room is available until The end of January but may be available longer.
The house is only a year old so it’s very modern, has huge kitchen, chefs pantry, living/dining room, balcony with city views and double car garage up stairs. Second living room, kitchenette, bedrooms, laundry, and outdoor entertainment area in the split level downstairs.
You would be sharing with myself, my two pugs and our housemate, Lee. He’s 29 from the Uk and works full-time. He’s really chill, and really clean. It’s a pretty chill household 😎
We would like to live with someone that we can have a bit of a laugh with, that’s respectful, tidy, appreciates a clean Household and is willing to contribute to keeping it that way, and that LOVES dogs.

Most bills are included (Water, gas, Internet, Etc) just electricity would be shared (Accommodations will be made for FIFO)
I also have Netflix, Apple TV, Stan, sports channels…all you could need.
