About occupants
I'm the owner and will be occasionally staying in the apartment for a day or 2 every month. The potential tenant will have the apartment to themself at most times as I'm a FIFO worker working 2/1 roster and spend most of my week off in Bali. I'm friendly, culturally aware and not a party person.
