This is a 2-story house. The rent includes 2 rooms. the MASTER BEDROOM and LIVINGROOM plus your own bathroom. You will be living downstairs, and I live upstairs. And sharing the kitchen which is downstairs.
As you can see on the pictures. there is a doorway between the kitchen and Livingroom. it can be closed off for more privacy.
From the Livingroom you will have access to a small side porch area. But the property has a huge grassy backyard with a double garage which perfect to store anything.
The property is next to a big park and the area is fairly quiet and safe.
15 mins for the CBD. bus stop just at the park. the Belmont Forum shopping mall 5 mins walk. post office, petrol station again 5 mins walk distance.
