Hey lovely people,

We are having one of our beautiful girlies move out soon and are looking for someone to take over her room.

We are in Hamilton Hill, nice quite area. Home is 3 bedrooms so two of us girlies live here already, looking for another lovely person to join us.
The room is a decent size, easily fits a queen bed along with chest of drawers and bed sides. It has built in double robe and drawers that come with it but other than that it is an unfurnished room ( there is an option to have a queen bed but can easily be taken out as well). Bathroom is only shared with one other person 😊
Have a lovely outdoor area which I've been planting lots of veggies in! 🙌
Large spacious kitchen and lounge as well.

Abit about us.. we both are easy going, chill people. We are both at uni and working so busy bees during the week. We do love a good movie and pizza in the evenings every now and then 😁

Looking for a female who fits into that lifestyle abit, we aren't looking for party animals, just someone who is easy going and love a laugh.
Rent is $250p/w, excluding bills. We just divide bills equally when they come through.
Two weeks rent for bond is required aswell.
Non smokers is a must.
Also no pets I'm sorry! We aren't allowed any.
