Room has two large windows and the light is beautiful in the afternoons. The windows also have outside electric security shutters.

There is an ensuite for private use and a huge private lounge area with study nook. The whole first floor of the house is included in this lease, giving an incredible amount of space and privacy.

Owners are building a house in the country and are looking for a mature and trustworthy couple (or one person - same rent) to lease the first floor and main bedroom.

Hi there, we are a couple living in our large 3-bedroom house. We are leasing the main bedroom, ensuite and private lounge on the second storey of the house. We will occasionally stay in the third bedroom, when we are in Perth. Another couple share our house with us and have the room at the front of the house on the ground floor.

We both work, and enjoy living a simple life, enjoying each other’s company, walking, soccer, music, reading and the outdoors (camping and off road adventures).

We are relaxed and fun. We are not huge partiers and generally enjoy quiet evenings.

We have both lived with others before. Freddy is Belgian and Lou is English. We own this house and have shared a house with others in Europe and Australia.

Our house mates are both from the UK and are friendly, respectful, clean and tidy.

We are relatively tidy and are looking for the same in a housemate(s), ensuring shared spaces are left clean and tidy.

Molly is our 14 month-old rescue dog. She is tall and looks like a big dog but is a gentle, loving, quiet four legged friend. She will be at the house when we are, which will be when we are in Perth. We will likely be spending a lot of time on our country block whilst we build (as owner builders).
