I'm looking forward to sharing my home with a similar, like-minded individual. I'm clean, tidy, private and respectful, all i ask is that your the same! The property is in a perfect spot, in a cul de sac, It's a 5 min drive from Scarborough beach,10 min walk to train station and a huge park 100 metres away.
There are 2 rooms available if you wanted a sitting/storage room. You will also have a private bathroom and toilet. My home is fully furnished, but your room can be cleared out if you have your own furnishings.
