Hey, my name is Andres and looking for a housemate to share the flat, open to having couples, for me it is important that we get along in the space and that we all are comfortable enough to communicate things openly as we are all living together. My lifestyle looks like waking up early to go to the gym or a swim before work, I do 9-5 pm Mon-Fri and then I vary with Latin dance 1-2 times during the week or just crash & chill. At weekends I tend to catch up with friends and on Sundays, I prepare myself for the week and head in the evening regularly to the Latin dance event at Scarbs. I also DJ occasionally in electronic festivals and a few events in Freo every now and then, I'm pretty much sober but can have a wine every now and then.

A good flatmate would be someone who can keep a good vibe and communicate effectively. Respect is important but also being relaxed and understanding that we are all different. Decent and clean with the ability to do their dishes after eating and help to keep the house clean. No OCD people though.
