It’s a private room (for single) with a decent size and a big mirrored wardrobe. The bathroom is located right beside of the room. It’s a brand new house located just 3 minutes away from Kwinana Train Station and bus stops, close to a complete Shopping center and also the beach. Air conditioning system all over the house. There are 2 big fridges with decent space and also secure car parking.
There’s a hammock and other relaxing features in the backyard area. I’ve also got some gym equipments which I’d be happy to share.

I’m quite easygoing and I work full- time in the Financial Sector and also study a master’s degree. I’ve decided to open my house to have someone because I rarely stay at home and realized that someone else could enjoy the house comfort and features.
