Beautiful and modern 4 bedroom single storey house in Rivervale. It features a modern living area with a large and big backyard, great for a bbq in summer. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen (in-built microwave and dishwasher), timber floors throughout, washing machine, shared bathroom and air-conditioning in bedroom/living area. The house has good security system although the neighborbood is super quite and safe overall.

The house has a great location and only a few minutes walk from the bus station to the city or Belmont Forum. We don't have a garage available, but there's plenty of parking area on the street.

All bills are included, which include: electricity, gas, water and NBN.
We do our own thing food wise, but we have a kitty for cleaning items as we normally pay for a cleaner who comes every fortnight to clean the entire apartment.

About the occupants
Hi, I'm Alan, I'm 33 and I work as an engineering consultant full-time. I work fairly long hours and spent a lot of my spare time going for city walks. My interests consist of photography and music. I'm not much a cook, but I love food just as much as everybody else. I'm currently working on getting my fitness back and that's when photography and long walks come into play. Oher than that I also enjoy going to most kinds of social events, watching movies and having a drink either at home or at the local pub.
