Hey Everyone,
We are looking for one person to team up with for a new rental.
We don’t just want to share, we want a cohesive household and someone looking for accommodation for at least 6 months.
We are hoping to find something in Scarborough or the surrounding suburbs, we’re also open to Mount Lawley, Leederville and North Perth, essentially suburbs with good food, easy commutes and places to socialise.
Maximum rent per person to be approximately $250.

We are both in our 30s (1 male, 1 female) and one indoor cat, so unfortunately no other pets possible.
It will not be a party house but we are not opposed to some music and chats, especially on the weekends. Police clearances can be provided on request.
We have a full house of furniture but can of course mix and match things if you have stuff too.
The maximum you will need is your bedroom furniture and a washing machine.
