THE HOUSE
Quiet. Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Covered Garage for 2 cars, to be shared with only one housemate (me). You will have the main bathroom to yourself. The atmosphere here is more like a home rather a sharehouse.
LOCATION
20 minutes to the city by public transport. Walking distance to Stirling Central Shopping Mall (Woolworths, Spudshed, Chemist Warehouse, Medical Centre, MC Donands, Hungry Jacks) and quite a few shops and restaurants).
THE RENT
The weekly rent of $250 plus bills (water, gas and electricity). Internet included. Discount for FIFO workers, depending on the roster. Garage available for an extra $.
