About the occupants
Hi, my name is Jacintha and I am 44 years old. I currently work 3 days per week in health care, business hours only. I may increase this at some stage back to 4 days per week. I am recently separated from a long term partner, so I am looking for someone to share the house and rent with. I am a nature and bird lover, hence the house location, and I have a set of binoculars at the backdoor ready to go. I love listening to, singing and dancing to music. I snorkel in the mornings on my days off and I usually have a jigsaw puzzle on the go in the dining room. I do have some food intolerances, but I am very open to cooking meals once a week for each other as wanted. I have been in the Shoalhaven area for 2 years now and go out with friends and for dinner in the area. I practice yoga a few times a week at South Coast Soul yoga. My family live in Sydney, so I take a monthly or so trip up there on my days off.

I am looking for a female flatmate preferably, someone who is clean, tidy, respectful, considerate, easy going, and is ok with dogs. Having comfortable company is important, where we can interact easily, perhaps cook for each other, socialise over a cuppa, yet also respect each others own space. House cleaning of communal areas would be shared and we would split the bills. You would need to have your own car.
Description of pets
I do plan to be getting a non allergenic dog in the very near future, so being ok with a dog is essential. They will be very well trained and looked after by me and will live inside mostly and be crate trained.
