About the property:
It is an older style house on property that runs back. One edge runs right alongside one side of Petrie River which has plenty of wildlife to enjoy and makes for a decent walk on the path that runs alongside it. Can be accessed from the property if you don't mind going through some shrubbery and bushes.

The house itself features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, situated on a spacious block of approximately 1,138 square metres.

There is also a separate granny flat detached from the main house which is not available for rent as currently occupied by my partner and I but is still apart of the property.

The property is conveniently located at the base of Hospital road between the hospital itself and the Train/Bus station. Both are about a 2 minute walk (300m) from the house, give or take and can easily reach the main part of town by walking through the station, street or driving just down the road.

The house offers a comfortable living environment with shared common areas, including a kitchen, living room, and outdoor space for both front and backyard. The size of the property provides ample outdoor space for relaxation or gardening and plenty of room for any pets to run around and enjoy. Pets are allowed also, we currently own 3 dogs which stay here aswell they are a Arab bullmastiff, Jack Russel cross mini dachshund and purebred mini daschund all 3 are very friendly and trained.  We also have a bird aviary with cockatiels and budgies that we look after.

The town has a good array of businesses to check out as well as your everyday shops like Coles, Woolies, aldi, McDonalds, Hungry jacks etc. It also features a couple pubs, a tavern and Nambour RSL, the Plaza, NAB a Commonwealth bank, plus many more amenities to cater for your lifestyle! All of which are easily accessible as they are situated less than 500m from the house.
