Our household has a warm, creative energy. I work from home, typically starting the day around 9am. I am a social person who enjoys good conversation but also respects everyone's space and privacy. My daughters are bright, friendly, and only here half of the time.
The location is fantastic. It is near Sydney Uni, UTS, the city - we're walking distance to Annandale shops and public transport, with plenty of street parking available. Annandale is a safe, friendly neighbourhood with a wonderful community feel.
