I’ve just got back from 5 months in Europe and am looking for a new housemate to share this stunny, sunny apartment with a great view! This is a lovely big apartment in a great location at the top of Bellevue Hill
It is fully furnished and has wonderful harbour and neighbourhood views.
I’ve been here for a few years so it’s actually cheap compared to the rental market at the moment, especially given the size and location etc.
It’s a great location- less than 20min walk to bondi beach, bondi junction and 25mins to double bay.
There are local shops 4min walk away with cafes, a gym, deli, bottle shop, Thai and Italian takeaway and a chemist, and buses 100m away.

I'm a Physio, so am out for work every day - I start early at 7ish. I love being out and about enjoying the beaches and open areas of Sydney. I love really food - both cooking and going out to restaurants and socialising with friends. I'm pretty active and busy, but I also love being at home having some downtime. I'm friendly and love a chat, but also understand the need for timeout at home.
I love travelling and am planning my next trips for next year after just getting back from Europe 2 weeks ago!
I'd love to share a vino or meal or movie if we are both home, but have a wide circle of friends and family I love to see also.
It's not a party house but I love having friends over for coffee or a meal or a drink - which you would also be welcome to do.
I'm been living with housemates for years now, and also have spent some time living alone which is great, but it's also fun sometimes to live with someone.
