So, my amazing housemate is heading off for his regional work, and his cozy room has become available! You’ll be sharing the 2-bedroom apartment with me, and trust me, it's a great spot!

It’s in a fab location—just a 15-minute stroll to both Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction. The street is super quiet but you're close to transport and shops, making it the perfect balance of peaceful and convenient. 😎

Rent is $530 for couples (bills included, except for WiFi). Just a heads-up, if we have to crank up the heater in winter and the bill goes a bit high, we’ll split the cost.

I’m ideally looking for someone who has a busy lifestyle. Doesn’t work from home every day or has late-night shifts too often. In general considerate not to take over the shared spaces or leave a mess. The apartment is super relaxing, and I love hosting social gatherings, so you’ll meet some amazing people and locals! 🎉
