Looking for a new housemate to take the master ensuite bedroom of this amazing apartment, 4 mins walk from Bondi beach.
Room is available from the 13th of May, $495 pw, long term lease
The apartment has amazing views over Bondi!!
You will be sharing with two females, 29 & 30.
We are both easygoing housemates who work full time, both in office and from home.
The apartment has really chilled vibes and we are very open minded, welcoming and positive gals, so would love to share our space with someone with the same outlook as us.
Fyi the apartment block is under construction ATM, and we don't have access to our balcony. This is likely going to be completed by move in date, or soon afterwards. While the balcony is being renovated, the rent is $100 less per week per room.
