We're super fortunate to live in a 4 bed, 2.5 bath, freshly renovated (we're the first tenants in!) house with a huge backyard and lockup garage. The house is STUNNING and the only reason our flatmates (couple) are moving out is to get their own place.

Your room will be the top left room, looking north into the neighbourhood and south into the rear garden of the house.

The whole house has ducted, reverse cycle air conditioning, brand new appliances (dishwasher, oven, etc) and is furnished beautifully (please refer to the photos). There are balconies over looking the street on both levels and there are dozens of plants throughout the whole house.

Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms and a huge bathroom with 2 shower heads, an oversized bathtub, and a large vanity.

Downstairs there is the living room, kitchen and another room which we leave empty for family/friends to come and stay but we also sometimes put it on short-term rentals to subsidise the cost of the house. This room has it's own bathroom and shower (a few steps outside the kitchen) so whenever we have someone stay it's separate to the rest of the house.

We have a huge, 3-level backyard that is maintained by the real estate at no cost to us. We also have an oversized, 1 car lockup garage which we use as a home office, surf shack and storage for camping gear, etc.

We're searching for a third amazing human to join 'The Manse'. (Yes, our house has a name).

We're not uber-masculine blokes and not aiming for that vibe in our home.
We're mature, easy natured and looking for a mature and feminine energy to bring balance to the house.

Thibaut, French/Australian, landed here 10 years ago and fell in love with beautiful Sydney straight away.
Working within the wine industry and running his own business.
Pretty active during the week, trying to make the most of eastern suburbs life including a lot of surfing and if the waves are flat, you'll find him running or swimming around. Pretty outgoing and know when to share a few glasses but also when it's time for quiet moments.

John is originally from Sydney, and you'll find him at the volleyball courts on the weekends, out enjoying the beach. John also runs his own IoT startup company and works from home or his office. John is an amazing cook, and will often cook for the house. His bolognese is particularly amazing! He also has the best choice of music for every occasion and is the green thumb that maintains all the plants in the house.

We're a social household, but we still respect our space and privacy when they are wanted.
We love dinner parties and want good food and friends at the table at all times!
