It’s in a small building hidden away in a quiet leafy avenue right in the heart of Bondi Beach village, near beach and Hall Street shopping, cafes, restaurants, and other services (including two frequent bus routes).

There’s a really big bright double living room upstairs with great living and two sunny outdoor areas and a BBQ, and lots of friendly parrots visiting for seed. Sunsets from the terrace.

The two bedrooms and the main bathroom (with a bath, too) are both downstairs, one really large with a desk that you can use as an office.
