Brookvale :

Looking for a full time professional to take over my room. My current flat mate is the BEST and is super clean and very easy going. I'm moving out of Sydney and wanted to help him find someone before I leave.

Nice newer apartment and massive yard which has Astroturf so it’s tidy and not muddy . It’s super close to the mall and buses. 5 min drive to the beach 🙂 We have air con, and bedroom has a built in ceiling fan and windows. Bedroom can fit a queen size bed comfortably and side tables. Bedroom has an ensuite.

I know he wants someone similar to himself so clean and respectful of the space. You have your own bathroom and an amazing private back yard 🙂 Please call me for inspection
