The apartment is fully equipped with modern conveniences: a dishwasher, internal laundry with a washing machine, and an extra-large fridge. You'll also enjoy spectacular views from both the kitchen and the living room.
I'm looking for someone who enjoys the outdoor lifestyle, as this isn't a party house. I do enjoy a few drinks now and then and would love to find someone with a similar mindset. I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy and respect each other's space.
Bills are separate: electricity (quarterly) and unlimited internet ($40 per month).

Second Bedroom is available from 30th January, preferably long stay.
