Our current flatmate Josh is stuck in Europe with visa issues and his XL room is available immediately for $420 plus bills in our amazing, bright and spacious house. Your room has TWO huge built-ins in and can either come furnished or unfurnished if preferred.
This old school 70s cosy 3-bed house comes with 2 bathrooms, massive TWOx built-ins in each room (YES, TWO!) fully furnished and with amp of storage, heaps of plants, a washing machine, dryer, fridge, vitamix, air fryer and all cooking gear included. Air conditioning in the shared living room area. The house comes with a lovely backyard, we love plants, so plenty of greenery around and there is a beautiful jacaranda in bloom at the moment, plus frangipani coming into blooming season very soon with pink flowers!
We love our peaceful and homely place where we enjoy our shared spaces together and respect each other's privacy but we also like to grab a dinner together and enjoy hanging out when we are free. We want to keep the house enjoyable and clean.
We love our place to be homely and peaceful as it is our sanctuary where we relax after work. We are clean and respectful and want our home to be kept that way. It’s not a party house, I'm proud of my home and looking for someone who appreciates this.

We are in an amazing location: a quiet street around the corner from Camperdown Park and its lovely cafes or a couple of minutes from Camperdown Memorial Park. The house is just a stone's throw from King Street and all the best shops and restaurants Newtown has to offer. We are around the corner from the University of Sydney hub and RPA hospital - ideal for a medical professional or a student.
Transport: plenty of buses around with a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop which will take you into the city in no time; a 5-minute walk to Paramatta Road with express buses to the CBD or Eastern suburbs; 15 minutes from Newtown train station. The nearest grocery is just 5mins walk and Broadway is a 3-minute bus ride from Parramatta Road.
