The apartment is fully furnished with all the essentials and located just a 7-8 minute walk from the station, making it very convenient. The available room is a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, mattress, wardrobe, and bedside table.

The unit has a bright and cozy vibe, staying cool during the summer. Nearby, you’ll find Woolworths, Aldi, and Priceline close to the station for easy shopping. Bills are split equally between us.

While the Bankstown line station is currently closed, frequent replacement buses ensure smooth commuting, with a travel time of around 25-30 minutes to Central Station, and there are other bus stops just 2 minutes away from the unit.
