Description of the home
The room is in a nice quiet apartment about 10 minutes (by walking) from Chatswood station. The walk to the local Coles is a little longer but you are effectively right next to the Chatswood CBD area. The apartment looks out over the leafy Hotham Street reserve and has plenty of bird life to keep things vibrant! It is also naturally a couple degrees cooler than outside as it is quite sheltered from sunlight for most parts of the day (with the exception of the morning and afternoon). The general areas are quite spacious and the kitchen has a nice induction stove and oven.
The lease for this apartment ends on the 12th January 2024. I am actively looking for someone to sign onto the new lease.

Bills and expenses
The rent p/w does not include electricity or internet. So far electricity has been around $150/quarter. I will need to be set up a new account for the internet once my current housemaid leaves, so I am open to choosing an internet plan with you.
The rent does include the lock up garage downstairs (5.4 m x 3.8 m).
