Home Description

Description of the home

Zac and I have been living here for 2 years now and absolutely love it. The neighbourhood is super friendly with parks and local shops (Harris Farm, bakery, cafe, chemist, butcher, restaurants) only a few hundred meters away.
The house has two large bedrooms with built in robes (one available), a third medium size room with no built-in, a renovated kitchen & bathroom, living area, sunroom/dining room, external laundry with additional toilet and garden shed.
It is spacious and light filled with polished floorboards and high ceilings. It has a neat front and rear yard and a large front porch.
We have furnishings for all communal areas, but the bedroom comes unfurnished.
It’s 250m from Willoughby park, 450m from the High street shops and 750m from
the 120 bus stop and 50m from the 205 bus stop; both of which take you into the city.

About the occupants
Hi I’m Helen and I work as a physiotherapist. My dogs are my world and I take them to the park every morning and the beach on weekends. I enjoy travelling, being outdoors, running and Pilates. I’m usually home most weeknights but stay at my boyfriend’s on weekends.
I’ve done a lot of share house living over the years, so am neat and respectful and know how to make a shared space work!

Zac runs his own garden maintenance business. He loves triathlons so spends a lot of time swimming, cycling, running.

We don’t watch a lot of TV but can definitely get sucked into a good reality show or Netflix series in the evenings. We get along well and look out for each other. We are friendly, laid back, sociable people and are keen to have someone similar join our home!
Compatible people
We’re looking for a positive, friendly, sociable and respectful person.
Description of pets
Abby is a 4year old Blue cattle dog.
She is super energetic, loyal and friendly. She loves fetch and could honestly chase her ball all day. So if you have a good throwing arm, then she will adore you.
Tilly is a 3year old red cattle dog with an old gentle soul. She is inquisitive, sensitive and loves people. She loves snuggles and pats and isn’t interested in fetch at all.
They are a gorgeous pair and great sisters to each other. They both have their individual quirks but are good with people, don’t bark incessantly and don’t smell.
They reside outdoors during the day but come inside in the evenings when we are home. They are obedient dogs so could easily be trained to stick to certain rooms if you had a preference.
