Description of the home

The house: we are a big house of 7 people. I know it sounds like a lot but when other visit they always say how surprised they are by how spread out and quiet the place is.
Big kitchen with everything provided. Multiple communal areas. Big garden. Garage for storage bits. On street parking.

The room: upstairs room on the corner. Built in wardrobe, aircon, double windows, carpet. Bathroom share with one person only, bath also.

Transport: 15min walk up to Chatswood shops and train. Bus stop outside house.

The people: I am leaving but the house is made of people with good jobs who keep to themselves but are friendly. A little doggy who is friendly and house trained. Not a huge party house but happy with friends and partners coming over, as well as the occasional party for birthdays/Halloween etc.

Rent: $508.57 a fortnight, $10.56 a month for internet, around $30 for each bill we get. Rolling lease.

2 other bedrooms are also available in the house, downstairs.
