Furnished: No but I can definitely help sort furniture if needed but prefer those who have their own has this presents you as more stable long term. That being said, Iv had great long term house mates who didn't have their own furniture so happy to help for the right person

About me, Im early 30's, I'v been the main lease holder for many years with clean real estate ledger history. Having shared for most of my life, I'm familiar with sharing a home with others and navigating through housemate relationships to ensure a happy household. I'm clean, tidy, and respectful. I work as a swim instructor every morning in Hurtsville and a few shifts a week in Rose Bay.
I have a large dog in training to be a service animal. He's extremely well behaved, very quiet, clean and comes with reference. Ideally he would be the only animal in the home but I'm open to discussing sharing with another pet owner of female dogs so long as they are equally responsible for their pet as I am with mine. Could also be a benefit helping each other out with dog care when our work or adventures might require a pet sitter.
In my free time, I love to go out to live shows, metal, dnb / dubstep events, camping, festivals, trampolining, enjoying the sunshine, swimming, kayaking and just being engaged and connecting with others. (Oh! And a bonus living with me, I have an awesome trampoline!)
David: 28 Colombian employed student. Is often studying or working so not around much. Friendly kind respectful and clean. Enjoys a BBQ with friend and family, loves animals and relaxing in his free time.

Gorgeous gentle giant. House trained and very well behaved and clean. Zero tolerance of him being fed by anyone other then owner, especially when humans are eating. (Big no no)
Due to Doofus' breed and size, it is essential he has consistency to avoid prone stress and anxiety. Housemates disrespecting feeding and training rules will not suit. Doofus' safety and training are my top priorities. Gates, doors, rubbish bin and food need to always be secured.
