Large spacious older style 4 bedroom home, on a quiet street.
Our home is fully furnished except the bedroom. Tiled flooring throughout, bedrooms are carpeted. We have a large open kitchen, lounge plus dining room and a small backyard with small garage for storage.
Close to Burwood Westfields
Walking distance to public transport, trains or buses.
Concord Coles, Gyms, Ferries, Cafes & Restaurants and Pubs,
Close to Canada Bay and Drummoyne Bay run and beautiful scenic water walks, golf course, tennis courts and some bush walks.
10-15 min by train to the city, or 20-25min drive if you have a car.
Plenty of street parking.
Quiet tree lined street, where we have friendly and respectful neighbours.

Siobaun - Works FT Mon-Fri, is also a qualified beautician. Spends most of her spare time when home gardening, enjoys hiking, beaches, walking, good food and loves traveling and loves the V8's, big Kiwi at heart.
Craig - Works FT Mon-Fri.
Enjoys working out, keeping fit, cooking and reading about nutrition when home. Away at GF's most weekends, (loves food), a good bourbon, scotch or a nice beer.
We all buy our own food, sometimes cook to much and will certainly share it.😉.
We do sometimes watch a movie or tv show together, if all home at the same time
We also may eat together if all home or go for a bite in concord or mortlake, balmain or drummoyne at one of our favourite places the bay area has to offer.
Our home is quite spacious, respectful of our surroundings and is our home. We maintain clean/tidy house inside and out. And respect each other's space and privacy, but also enjoy a good conversation or laugh.
This is not a party house.
