Older multicultural couple retired teachers

We are looking for a genuinely easy going, adaptable, non smoker who can live with an older multicultural couple. We would prefer someone that is eco friendly but this is not essential if you are keen to learn. Given our age, it is a reasonably quiet house which therefore provides an excellent study environment. We would welcome overseas students. We are both qualified (retired) school teachers and one of us also has a Teaching English qualification. We would also consider a professionally and permanently/full-time employed person. Rent is below average because we have extra house rules, we are eco friendly and because of our age.
