Coogee

Description of the home

Heyy, I’m renting out my room with a king size bed including a parking space in our lovely house in Coogee. I am not a hundred percent sure at what day I'm gonna leave, but probably around the 7th of december.

Location: The house is ideally located a 5 min walk up the hill from Coogee Beach. We have the bus stop right in front of our door, taking you to Bondi Junction and the CBD, and all Coogee/Clovelly and Randwick cafés and grocery stores are within 5-15 min walking distance.

Your room: The room has a king size bed, a large wardrobe, a large desk with leather chair, several charging pods and ambient lighting with a separated control. The room also has a ceiling fan for the hotter nights.

You will be living with my four housemates from the netherlands, france and ireland, occupying the two rooms upstairs and a apartment downstairs. The common areas include a colossal kitchen space with actually sharp knives ;) an air fryer, big BBQ and a good amount of good kitchenware, dining/work/study space, a big living room with a TV and piano, a laundry and dryer/outside bathroom, and a beautiful garden and covered porch.

If you have a car, I can park my car somewhere else while gone to europe.

Rent is $500 including all utilities for one person.
