Spacious Apartment in a Friendly Coogee Beach House – Private Office & Bathroom!

Hey, we’re a friendly shared house just a 5-minute walk up the hill from Coogee Beach, and we’re looking for a new housemate to join us in a self-contained apartment within our home!

About the Apartment:

This private apartment is part of our shared house and comes with its own office and bathroom, offering the perfect balance of personal space and a social living environment.

About the House & Location:

The house is ideally situated, with a bus stop right at the doorstep offering direct routes to Bondi Junction and the CBD. Coogee, Clovelly, and Randwick are all within a 5-15 minute walk, packed with cafés, grocery stores, and other essentials.

Our common areas include:
• A spacious kitchen with sharp knives (yes, really!), an air fryer, a large BBQ, and plenty of quality kitchenware.
• A combined dining, work, and study space.
• A large living room with a TV and piano.
• A laundry with a dryer and an outdoor bathroom.
• A beautiful garden and covered porch—perfect for relaxing!

About Us:

This house started as a home among friends, and while housemates have changed over time, the vibe has always stayed the same—relaxed, social, and full of interesting people.

Right now, we have:

• Jan (26) – A Design student from Germany.
• Beth (28) – A British recruiter and Chemistry graduate.
• And me, Louis

A bit about me: I’m a 23-year-old Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Sydney. I moved from Germany to Australia 3 years ago and started this shared house with friends. I’ve worked as a firefighter, paramedic, nurse, and mechanic, but now I focus on engineering and videography.

We all have pretty varied interests but share a love for making the most of our beachside location—whether it’s catching some sun, having a BBQ, or just hanging out.
