Quiet, south facing apartment, full of natural light all day with water and city views. Strategic location - shops, all amenities and direct public transportation to the city and/or the beaches within 5-10 minute walk. The apartment would be shared only with me. I have lived here for over 2 years and it is the first true home in Australia. I really cherish this place which means keeping it tidy, clean and positive vibes.
