Description of the home

My current housemate is moving out on the 2nd November, therefore the bedroom will be available from the 3rd November.

The apartment is situated in Hampton Court, which has an onsite gym, tennis court and swimming pool.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with spacious living and kitchen areas and a large balcony which faces south west. The apartment is on the 4th level, it gets a lot of natural light, and you will have access to great sunset views from the balcony. There are 2 car spots under ground.
You will have your own private bathroom and your own car spot. There is no furniture in the room. The living room area and kitchen is fully furnished but you're welcome to bring anything to make yourself comfortable. I have Netflix, Binge, Stan & Disney.
It's a 5 min walk to Croydon Station and Croydon Strand (shops, restaurants, barber). Close to Burwood Westfield too. From Croydon it's a ~20min train ride to the city.
