The flat is really spacious. A really big kitchen/dinning/living area, which is so bright and warm. A large balcony, which overlooks the communal gardens and bbq area.
The bedroom is large with lots of storage and built ins. You’d also have complete access to the family bathroom, which comes with a bath and shower. The kitchen has lots of appliances - coffee machine, air fryer, dishwasher etc.
The complex is secure and quiet, with buses to Newtown and Marrickville right outside the front door.
I’ve only been in the apartment for a couple of weeks, so lots of opportunity to make the space your own too!

Bills and expenses
Bills are quarterly, divided equally. This will include internet, gas and electric. I haven’t had an electricity or gas bill yet, but I estimate this will be around $300 each a quarter.

I work as a researcher in the city and work from home around 1-2 days a week.
I’m sociable and enjoy going out for drinks and checking out fun places to eat. I head into Marrickville or Newtown often, but also really love Dulwich Hill high street (3 minute walk from the flat). I love being outside - swimming, hiking, whatever! But I do also enjoy chilled nights in, watching some trash TV or chilling on the balcony with a good book.
I’d be looking for someone similar, who is sociable and wants to hang out, but also understands the importance of alone time. Reach out if you want to know more! I’m also flexible on the move in date.
