Beautiful, light and spacious apartment in a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac, surrounded by parks and a short walk to cafes and shops with a village-like appeal. Secure access, safe and off main roads.

The apartment is set on 2 levels. The room for rent is privately located downstairs, with an ensuite (private bathroom). My bedroom, bathroom and study is upstairs, which creates two separate living spaces and enhanced privacy. The room is fully furnished, and I can provide sheets, doona and towels if required. The room has floorboards, a ceiling fan, study desk, study chair, arm-chair, drawers and a large built-in and mirrored wardrobe.

You won't need any furniture, as the apartment is fully furnished and contains:
- kitchen with pots, pans, crockery, fridge (just buy your own food)
- plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen for food
- internal laundry with a washing machine, iron and clothes dryer

The living room has sliding doors that lead onto a small balcony with an outdoor lounge. Lovely spot to sit and watch the sunsets in the evening or to wake up to the birds with a coffee or tea in the morning.

The grounds and premises are well maintained by strata and there is a small swimming pool.

There are no lifts.
