Beautiful, solid, modern 2-storey terrace in Dulwich Hill. Fully furnished house with a Northern aspect, good natural light, with a very sunny and (sometimes!) productive garden. The house is furnished comfortably and we have three separate, well-spaced living areas if you count a lovely daybed/patio spot. It really is a wonderful house!

Bills and expenses
Gas cooking and hot water, gas heating, electricity, NBN, all divided 3 ways. We pay for a cleaner once a fortnight to do bathrooms and kitchen, which comes to $33 each.
We try to limit the waste we generate, we compost our food scraps, and try to use water mindfully. We take turns buying the essentials and lean towards green products.

I enjoy a relaxed and calm home life which will typically include reading, looked perplexed at the garden and wondering what’s next, watching a little something, music-making (not loud and usually in my little studio room), and the occasional dinner gathering.
I like to cook when I'm not rushing, and am up for sharing meals if/when it works out that way. I am generally vego but flexible.
(Oliver)- I work as a lifeguard at Sans Souci pool. I am usually quite quiet and spend most of the time in my room. I don’t stay up late and I don’t have parties/guests, but I don’t mind if other people do!
