ROOM AVAIABLIE SHAREHOUSE-3 MONTHS**

Hey everyone,

I’m moving away for 3 months, so we have a room available in our Glebe sharehouse!

- $285 P/W ( excluding bills no bond)

- 21 August 2024 - 9 November 2024

-4 bedroom 2 story house. Large light-filled kitchen and very cosy living space. Cute courtyard with a koi pond. Room has a big built in wardrobe and is located on the bottom floor and will be fully furnished.

-Note: all our parking permits are being used and there isn’t any parking on premises or nearby so we are looking for someone without a car.

Location:

- 3 minute walk to Glebe point road with IGA, cafes and bars.
- 3 min walk to bus stop with buses to city.
- 10 min walk to Sydney Uni
- 10 min walk to Glebe markets and broadway.
- 10 minute walk to beautiful Foreshore walk and fish markets.

Your housemates will be Ambi who works in event management; Courtney a full time paediatric nurse; Rachael a full time nurse at RPA and two chihuahuas- Lola and Luna. We are all good friends and enjoy watching tv and having some occasional drinks together. We are wanting someone around the same age, preferably female, full time working or studying, knows how to recycle and is a bit of a night owl. Please message with a bit about yourself!
