We are in a very convenient spot. Transport wise the nearest bus stop is 3 minutes from the flat, the ferry is a 5 minute walk and the nearest tram is a 10 minute walk.
The Broadway shopping centre is just a short bus ride up the road or a 20 minute walk. There's many lovely restaurants or pubs within walking distance. Right next to the tram is Harold park tramsheds
The area is beautiful with lots of greenery and we're right next to the foreshore.
Extremely close by to Sydney's nightlife as well as UTS, USYD, Ultimo Tafe, and the gorgeous Victoria Park
