We have a house at Greenwich. It is two stories house.
ONE Room for rent, CONVENIENCE AND CENTRAL LOCATION, modern bathroom, quiet street, 650m walk to station St Leonards Station, Crows Nest Metro station, short walk to Coles Supermarket and bus stop(to city or to Manly), short walk to Royal North Shore Hospital and TAFE NSW St Leonards, in clean, healthy and friendly environment.
Can provide single bed and bedside table or bring your own bed and furniture.

We are looking for someone who's friendly, mature, house trained, easy going, healthy, clean & tidy.

No pets. No smokers, NOT Partying house.

We are looking for someone clean, tidy, friendly, trustworthy, responsible and must willing to keeping the cleaning routine. It's safe and Healthy environment, NOT Partying house, NO Smoking and NO Pet. Long term tenant welcome!
