Three light filled furnished bedrooms with garden views are available in a three-bedroom share apartment on the top floor of our family home approximately 20 minutes bus ride to Sydney University.
The rooms are ideal for female students who would like to have their own private furnished room and access to a lounge area shared with other female students. All utilities (electricity, water, gas and high speed wifi) are included. Linen and towels are also supplied.
The East Room ($350/week) contains a double bed, built in wardrobe, drawers, heater and desk. The North Room ($310/week) contains a double bed, standalone wardrobe, drawers, heater and desk. The West Room( $270/week) contains a single bed, wardrobe, bookcase, mirror, desk and chair. All rooms have garden views and receive plenty of natural light. Each room has its own individual lock and key.

The Haberfield Area
The apartment is located minutes from two vibrant cafes, a convenience store, day spa boutique, and a butcher. More cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and library are a 5 minute walk from the home on Ramsay Street, Haberfield. The property is also a few blocks walk from the bay run, basketball, netball and tennis courts on Hawthorne Parade.
The property will suit students seeking a quiet and peaceful place to live and study that is well connected by buses and light rail to the city and universities and has access to lots of shops and restaurants along Ramsey Street.
Public Transport
The 437 Bus route stops right in front of the house which goes Lilyfield (20 mins) and QVB/Town Hall Station (35 mins).
The 406 Bus route also stops in front of the house and goes to Ashfield Train Station (10 mins). Ashfield also has a large shopping mall and great dining options.
The 438X Bus route is a 5 minute walk from the house stops at Sydney University (30 mins) and Central Station (35 mins)
The Hawthorne light rail station is a 10 min walk away, and goes through Pyrmont, Fish Markets, Darling Harbour, Chinatown and Central Station.

Our property has a separate apartment on the top floor of our family home. We live downstairs and have decided to rent the upstairs self contained apartment for people looking for a beautiful, quiet place to stay within 10km of the cbd and close access to Haberfield village, cafes and university.
