We are looking for flatmates to share a room with 3 beds in our apartment in Haymarket:
- 2 min walking from Central Station
- 1 min walking from Woollies and Bottle shop
- 7 min walking to Darling Harbour
- 10 min walking to Broadway Shopping Center (Kmart, Aldi, Target and more)
- Short walk to the best parks in the city.

Bedroom with a balcony shared with 2 other males. Toilet with laundry room, kitchen with 2 big fridges, spacious living room with a balcony and a smart tv.

Building has a great 💪🏽Gym, 🧖‍♀️sauna, 🛀Spa/Hot tub, 🏊‍♂️swimming pool, 📚study room, 🎱games room, and a safe garage for your bicycles🚲. Also, there's an amazing cafe downstairs🥰☕🍩 (Noelle's Cafe). If you have a car it is possible to rent a parking spot in the building for around $60 if you contact reception.

Rent is paid weekly, with 1 week in advance every saturday. 2 months minimum stay.
We only require 3 weeks of notice if you move out. Also 3 weeks of bond.
