We are looking for 1 new flatmate to share a room in our apartment in Haymarket:

- 2 min walking from Central Station
- 1 min walking from Woolies and Bottle shop
- 7 min walking to Darling Harbour
- 10 min walking to Broadway Shopping Center (Kmart, Aldi, Target and more)
- Short walk to the best parks in the city.

Shared Bedroom with a balcony, 3 people total. Toilet with laundry room, kitchen with 2 big fridges, spacious living room with a balcony and a smart tv. Fast WiFi in every area of the flat.

Building has a great 💪🏽Gym, 🧖‍♀️sauna, 🛀Spa/Hot tub, 🏊‍♂️swimming pool, 📚study room, 🎱games room, and a safe garage for your bicycles🚲.

There's an amazing cafe downstairs🥰☕🍩 (Noelle's Cafe).

If you have a car, it is possible to rent a parking spot in the building for around $60/week.

Rent is paid weekly, with 1 week in advance every saturday. 2 months minimum stay. We only require 3 weeks of notice if you move out. Also 3 weeks of bond.
