The house is freestanding in a quiet street with a large backyard and beautiful garden/outdoor area. There are three bedrooms, a large lounge and kitchen area, 2 bathrooms (one with bath), dining room, laundry and ADSL2 internet. We like to keep a clean house and share housework.

The available bedroom is large with lots of light, wooden floors and large built-in wardrobe. The room is furnished but can be emptied if required. There is a large shed at the back which can be used for storage with an extra charge.

The house is in a great location, close to UNSW, shops, easy access to Maroubra and Coogee Beaches. Maroubra Junction with it’s many shopping facilities are walking distance away and there is a petrol station with connivence store close by.
