Location is awesome.
Less than 10min walk to Milson’s point ferry, Kirribilli ferry wharf, Milson’s point train, and awesome cafes, Woolworths Metro and restaurants. Fishing from nearby wharf. Beautiful location for running, and kayaking.

One train stop to Wynyard station.

One ferry stop to Circular Quay Ferry wharf and train station. 3 ferry stops to Barangaroo.

Currently in the middle of downsizing all my stuff and making the apartment housemate friendly.

Brissy raised, work in IT Management as hybrid arrangement. Out most evenings dancing, climbing, or with church activity.

Looking for someone clean, organised, and chill. I’m pretty proactive with making sure the apartment has what it needs (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid, soap, etc) and am looking for someone similar. Housemate vibe is key.
