Please note that while a queen bed can fit in this room, it is fully furnished with a (very comfortable!) single bed, and comfortably fits a desk, chair and lamp, as well as an armchair and bookcase. The room is fully equipped with a walk in robe, mirror, bedside lamp and block out blinds. It is quiet and airy, with plenty of light. It is also at the other end of the house near the kitchen and bathroom, and can have it's own private entrance through the back door and back laneway of the house.

Our house is around the corner from Sydney Harbour and very well connected to public transport routes (train, bus, ferry and metro) to all of Sydney. The house is about a 5 minute walk to North Sydney train station and a few minutes further to the new Victoria Cross Metro. We are a few minutes walk to a range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in North Sydney and McMahons Point, so it's a very convenient (and scenic!) location. Please note it is an older house, so while our kitchen and bathroom are clean and functional, they are not modern - but we do have induction cooking and a dishwasher, so it's not all bad :) However our bathroom is very small, with only a shower and vanity, so it's purely a functional space and not really a place to hang out. There is a mirror in the bedroom though with plenty of room to finish getting ready. I have lovely neighbours with small children and we live in a very quiet street, so please bear in mind that this is definitely not a party house.

I'm Vanna and I work in media. Depending on my contract I do a combination of work from home and in the office, so sometimes I'm home working long hours and often on a deadline. Even though it is full on I love my job! Other than that I like nature, animals, gardening and live a pretty quiet lifestyle. I have two older children who will visit from time to time, with one away at university and the other taking a gap year interstate.

Description of pets
I have two small Tenterfield terrier dogs, Mei and Milo. Mei is about 5kgs and Milo about 7kgs, so I really do mean small! They are friendly and energetic and I walk them daily. They like to lounge around and are inside dogs, so if you have any pet allergies our house wouldn't be suitable.
