The bedrooms are spacious and have a built in wardrobes, a bedside table with a light, and a desk to do work on. Its very close to the bathroom which has a shower and a bath and a large vanity with drawers for storage.

Description of the home
We have a two story spacious property with a fantastic backyard that is protected from the wind, so its very nice to have breakfast or even just your morning coffee whilst soaking up the sun on the deck. It is a modern house so the bathrooms and kitchen are nice.
We have two separate lounges rooms for those who want to socialise and those who just want to watch netflix and sink into the couch.
We have plenty of on street parking, we have a bus stop right out the front of the house which takes you to UNSW, the city, Maroubra, shops, etc.
We are 5-10 mins walk from shops, the beach, the golf course, the national park and 20 mins walk to La Perouse.

About occupants
We are an older couple that run the house and rent 3 rooms out. We are French and Kiwi 40+ years and the current flatmates we have a Chinese 21yrs and Kenyan 21yrs and our Brazilian friend 26yrs is leaving us after 3 years.

We are looking for someone who is respectful of other flatmates and the home. Someone who is polite and enjoys a chat, but is also understanding of other peoples personal space. We are looking for someone who doesn't mind pets, as we have a family dog that comes over from time to time, who is very well trained and is not aggressive or does not bark. We are looking for someone who is working full time or studying full time.
Description of pets
Our dog is a 4 year old Ridge back cross staffy who comes over from time to time during the day, she is extremely friendly, hardly barks, and is usually just soaking up the sun in the backyard or sleeping in the master bedroom during the day. She does not stay over at night and she keeps to herself, in saying that she also loves a pat she is a beautiful dog (if i may say so myself).
