Hi there! I’m renting out my room short term over the holiday period 20th December – 17th January (4 weeks)
$375/week + bills.
The room is fully furnished with a comfy double bed, built-in wardrobe, and an attached study. I use the study as a yoga and art space, but you can use it however you like!

~ 10 minutes’ walk to Manly Beach and the Wharf
~ Close to public transport, shops, and supermarkets
~ Surrounded by nature, with easy access to Collins Beach and North Head National Park 🌿
The house is big and spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You’ll be sharing with 4 lovely flatmates from around the world. Everyone’s super friendly, respectful, and tidy. We all do our own thing but enjoy hanging out in the common spaces now and then.

~ A cozy living room with TV and Wi-Fi
~ A beautiful garden and deck to enjoy some fresh air 🌺
